• 1.Only Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or as shown in the Passport, should be uploaded. Please do not upload Birth Certificates issued by Nursing Home/Hospital.
• 2.Please upload latest passport sized coloured photographs of the student, parents or guardian (if applicable) on the designated place of the Application Form.
• 3.Take print out of the submitted Application Form and Admit Card in a clean white A4 sheet paper.
• 4.Please paste passport sized coloured photographs (must be identical to the uploaded photographs) of the student, parents or guardian on the designated place of the printed Application Form.
• 5.Date of assessment /observation/interaction/interview will be mentioned in the Admit Card and mailed to you shortly after submission of the Application Form.
• 6.During assessment/observation/interaction/Interview Admit Card (print out taken by parents) has to be produced.
• 7.There will be an assessment on the intimated date for students seeking admission to Class I onwards. During the assessment, presence of both the parents will be mandatory.
• 8.For admission to Nursery & LKG, the teacher only observes/interacts with the child along with the parents. Both the parents must accompany the child.
• 9.For admission to UKG, there will be an observation and interaction for assessment. Both the parents must accompany the child.
• 10.No request for any change of dates for assessment/observation/interaction/Interview will be entertained.

Documents valid as proof of address

a)     Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child)

b)    Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.

c)     Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.

d)    Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/water bill/Passport in the same of any of the parents or child.

e)     Aadhaar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

f)      Date of Birth certificate of child
